Of All The Things I Let Go

seNGET crossed his heart at 3:18 PM
it has been a busy yet fruitful weekend for me. i'm in school right now and the teacher is giving us a break, so i might as well blog since i have the time here.

first and foremost, we defeated fantasy fc with the scoreline of 2 - 1 yesterday morning. hohoho! i understand it was a really tiring game due to the blazing hot sun. luckily, we managed to struggle through thanks to the last minute goal from iskandar and not forgetting the first goal from desmond ng. i know i didn't do my very best as the centerback during the second half and somehow contributed in the second goal by the opponent. my sore throat was killing me and my ankle could hardly keep up with my movements. nevertheless, i know the whole lot of us gave our best shot while we were still tied with the opponent but in the end, it all came out well. now, it's down to the last game against asian bookie sharks this coming sunday. i know we'll win, like we always did and go back home as champions of this league. it could be a much tougher match but what the hell, we are the mighty ROWDEES!! hell yeah!

after the match ends, you could really see the smile on all our faces, even the supporters. the tireness just goes away when the final whistle is blown. all we could think of it, we won! it was one hell of a match. anyway, i just hate morning matches!! and i'm sure the rest of them too.

well, we proceed over to the coffee shop to have our lunch before taking a bus home. then met up at 6.15pm again to go east coast park for our steamboat dinner to celebrate james and jason's belated birthday. the steamboat was at desmond ng's very own outlet, 'hook on steamboat' as we've been planning to tried that out a long time already. haha. hook on! there was a whole crowd of us that totalled almost up to 30 people. we all had fun eating our delicious food and i must say that it is actually better than marina south except that they are lack of the ready-cooked food and area is small. we talked alot and took alot of pictures before finally walking to a bus stop 10 minutes away. home was next for me while some of the rest proceed to central park to slack. i play game till 3am before i atlast closed my eyes to rest.

then on last saturday, qingan, hock, ben, mond, khia seng, xinchee, paul, charis and wenyan were at sim lim square to help all the rowdians buy mp3 for both jason and james. we came out 20 bucks each and finally bought a 1GB N200 for them each which costed 210 bucks, thanks to the discount from charis' brother working there. after that, we walked over to suntec city for yet another fantastic dinner at carl jr's. i so LOVE IT. if only i had a life time supply of it. we then went back tampines to j&j's house to watch soccer. i only managed to watch the first half of liverpool's match before getting home together with hock.

i took alot of pictures from wenyan's camera that day and will upload it as soon as wenyan send it to me and not forgetting, the pictures from mond's camera during steamboat dinner. there are just so many pictures and i can't wait to see them myself too.
