A Burning Feeling
i went to tampines polyclinic yesterday to xray my ankle with my brother. we reached there at 12.30pm to be greeted that they were having a break and told us to come back at 1.30pm instead. so we went to have our lunch first. bumped onto our gugu who treated us lunch at S-11 before going over to her house to see our cousin's new dog, a samoyed breed called 'breaker'. i think its quite rare to see that kind of dogs in singapore as its more based in snow countries. its a really huge white hairy dog, considered its only 8 months old. my brother stay there while i went to xray my ankle first.
i sat at the polyclinic for approximately 2 hours before everything was done. the results were out and the xray shows nothing wrong with my ankle. the doctor say i may have stretched my ligament instead but if the pain still persist for 2-3 weeks, i shall have to go back for physio. argh. anyway, i'm still not totally convinced cause i really don't understand why the pain is still there after 4 weeks. i hope the doctor is right that nothing is wrong and that the applying cream he prescribed me works cause i still want to play soccer!
on tuesday, went to mediacorp to support albert in star idol again. this time round, i met up with karen first to go buy my red shirt as the rest were late while others were ahead of us already. bought a tee at giordano before going long john to have our dinner. then proceed to take a train to toa payoh and a cab to mediacorp to meet up with the rest of the red shirt gang. haha. it was really crowded as usual and we finally settled down on our seats at 10pm when the recording was actually scheduled to start at 9pm. in the end, the recording was done by 12am and albert's performance was really fantastic i should say. he can act! even the judges agreed and mentioned that he is absolutely cute. i'm sure albert is going to get through the second round with ease. after the recording, some of us took a cab to 823 to have our supper while others to interchange macdonald's to wait for albert. after the prata meal, some went to talk to my brother about his problems under the block while i walked karen home. got back home to my bed as soon as possible.
oh ya, last monday, also watched the movie "saw 2" with shait and yusman during our school break. one of my old colleuge was working and she charged me free for my ticket. haha. overall, the movie is really good, i think it's better than its previous one. the story plot and the twist is really unexpected. i'd give it a 8/10 rating.
lastly, there's been alot of pictures we've taken and i shall upload is as soon as possible. during the mean time, be patient.
