Incredible India

seNGET crossed his heart at 11:45 PM
welcome me back mother fuckers!
i'm finally back from my agonizing 18 days training from INCREDIBLE INDIA.
but i must say it was FAR from incredible, though it's totally a fun and enjoyable one.

outfield training was tough when needed but i'm sure everyone gain alot of experience from it. most importantly, i've learnt and improve from my mistakes on my gunnery skills. and oh, india terrain is SPLENDID man!!, there's SHITS ALL OVER THE PLACE. it's like a fucking mine field out there. hahaha. not forgetting, i did left some of my own shit back there as well.

in india, we all got to see cows, buffalos, boars, peacocks, horses, ponies, eagle, dogs and lots more animal. almost like a zoo out there but seriosly, no cats at all. i wonder why. food was not bad, some say even better than what we had in singapore but there's always naan and curry which you could easily can sick of. another point, their hygiene is totally not there.

the civilians there can be really irritating, especially the kids whose so naughty and keep bugging us for biscuits. they even resort to stealing our combat rations. a total bunch of uncivilised kids.

for me, the most embrassing moment in india would be during the bilateral sessions with the indian army where they would showcase their fire power and like wise. SADLY, me, as the PC gunner, had the 'pleasure' to do the demonstration. in the end, i missed half of the targets compared to the better performance during the practice shots. how disappointing i can be. i end up embrassing my PC and now i owe my 2IC 4 cans of beer. i'm so sorry.

well, at least i got to try out the indian's T72 tanks which had a 125mm barrel compared to our pathetic 75mm. and for fuck sake, of course their tanks shoot alot accurate than ours and their recoil sure is powerful. powerful enough to hit my head on their headrest. god damn it.

the most happiest moment of all, our rest and relax time. unfortunately for me, it was the start point of where i got myself sick. end up with a slight fever at first and then kept vomitting and diarrhoea throughout the night in the hotel. i couldn't even enjoy my trip to angra fort and taj mahal. shopping in a good mood was out of the question as well.

still, the best was when i finally touched down at singapore. and then i had to rush back home and down to yishun for soccer match against swensens fc again where we thrashed them 10 - 0.

these are the photos taken during our trip.

4th day of cny, the day weitong and the drivers, medic, runners depart for india. few of us went to bid him goodbye and also enjoy a meal of swensens at the same time. next up was far east where i try looking for a sweatshirt to buy but end up nothing. dim sum at chinatown before our singing session at the lousy cheapskate ktv. that's all for the night.
